We booked a room for 2 nights and arrived on Friday afternoon. We were heading out to meet a friend, so my hubby decided to clean up and have a shave. He filled the sink with water but the plug wouldn't release and we were left with water in the sink. We notified the front desk of our issue on Saturday morning before leaving for the day and management said that they would have someone take a look. We heard nothing from the hotel for the entire day and upon arriving at our room just before midnight Saturday night, we found that the sink was still not fixed. I went down to the front desk to ask why it had not been fixed and the lady at the front desk couldn't answer my question. We were offered a different room, but chose to stay in the room we had since it was after midnight and it would have been a paid to pack and move. My complaint is with managements response after our stay ended. I received an email from management stating that they tried to reach us on the Saturday - my phone never rang once. I never received a text from the hotel stating that they couldn't fix the problem. Nor did I receive an email from the hotel telling us that they couldn't fix the problem. How exactly did they attempt to contact us??????
