We'd been here five years ago so its qualities - location, apartment spec, value for money, were known to us. But there were a few fails this year: remote controls for the gate not working (so we were left outside at 2am when we arrived), apartment not clean, lights and bulbs not working, and the lack of WiFi becoming more of an issue as everyone else has moved on. It wouldn't take a lot to put these issues right and, if they did, it would be a 5. But the owners don't seem bothered.
