The room is very compact but the hotel is cool and modern. There is a cafe inside and a nice restaurant attached to it. Friendly service. The housekeeping unfortunately only came in the late afternoon which was unpleasant when we came in for quick breaks throughout the day - they happened to show while we were getting ready and we asked them to come later and they never shoed.

This is a 'Euro Concept' hotel by Hilton. It's in an excellent location -- walking distance to lots of bars/restaurants in downtown Bentonville and just minutes from the spectacular Crystal Bridges Museum. The lobby/bar/restaurant area on the 1st floor is very nice and hip. BUT the rooms are just too small, especially the 'bathroom', which has a toilet water closet about 3 foot square and a matching shower. My wife and I have travelled in Europe and are used to smaller hotel rooms, but Hilton missed the mark on this one.
