This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. Children 12 years old and younger are not permitted at this property.

Minimum check-in age: 18

Cancellation Rooms canceled after midday three days prior to arrival will be charged in full unless the hotel is able to resell the accommodations. For rooms canceled prior to the cancellation deadline (or where the hotel has successfully resold the room) deposits will be retained and may be redeemed against future bookings for a period of 6 months from date of cancellation. Access Guests have 24 hours access to their rooms but reception does close at 8pm. The hotel does not have a elevator and accommodations on the 3rd or 4th floor may not be suitable for non-ambulatory people. Children & Groups Unfortunately, our guest house is unable to cater for children under the age of 12. For the consideration of other guests, our guest house does not accept any groups such as stag & hen parties, but not limited to.
