They cancelled my room without any phone call when i arrived hotel. Very rude way to communicate with me. If i visit London again, i will definitely not select Sonder series Hotels.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Iron & hairdryer was an added bonus. Ideal location for an evening at the Royal Albert Hall as only a short walk away. Breakfast was limited, by 9.30am there was very little left so would recommended getting there early. Not quite as luxurious a stay as we had hoped from the photos - room was very small and on ground floor with ventilation units outside window. Check in via the Sonder app was straight forward.
