Please note the apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards on the day of arrival at least GBP 200. Reservations made for weekend days may be pre-authorized up to GBP 500. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Flying Butler will ask you to provide a copy of your photographic ID and a copy of the card used to make the booking at the time of confirming your reservation. These documents may be sent securely via email to the Flying Butler team. If you are not able to provide this, payment for your reservation cannot be processed and therefore the reservation will not be accepted by the property.
