There has been so much time & love put into this building and I can't wait to share it with you. Each room is a new experience. Spend your time resting and recharging in your private room, playing pool/socializing in the community lounge, or getting some fresh air in the outdoor courtyard. Then take a quick walk and find yourself in the middle of Downtown Perryville MO, which is always bustling with community events. Restaurants, bars & artisan cocktail lounges in walking distance along with shopping & multiple coffee shops!

*DIsclaimer* The Atrium is located right next to the local downtown night life, so you may hear noise between the hours of 10:30pm-1:30am.
No parties or events allowed without the host permission.
We are 4/20 friendly, but no smoking or vaping allowed inside The Atrium or The Atrium courtyard.
Pets allowed with a paid $50 pet fee. Additional pet cleaning fee will be applied in event of accidents or damage.
