⭐ 1/5 — Do not stay here I want to save anyone considering this property the experience I had. I arrived just before midnight to find my access code only worked for the building entrance — not my floor or my room. With no staff on site, I spent 90 minutes on the phone being asked to send photos, videos, and confirm my details multiple times before someone eventually opened my door remotely. I was promised a follow-up call with a fix. It never came. The next morning the fire alarm went off at around 08:30. Again, no staff, no fire marshal, nobody responsible for the building. I evacuated and stood outside for close to an hour while the alarm continued sounding. Eventually a cleaner arrived, switched it off, and walked away — no investigation, no explanation, no confirmation it was safe to go back in. I then couldn't get back into my room and spent another 30 minutes on the phone. Later I was called and told to pack up and move to a different building entirely. In the first 12 hours of my stay, I spent more than half of that time on the phone, in corridors, outside during a fire alarm, or moving my belongings. The fire alarm situation alone should give anyone pause. A 45-minute alarm with no trained staff and no all-clear before guests re-entered is not just poor service — it is a serious safety concern. Hotels.com, who I booked through, were unable to get a response from the property when I raised a formal complaint. Make of that what you will. Avoid.

The building was nice and well maintained. With the online check in, i was sent an email with the code to enter the main door and upstairs door. I was not sent my room number and spent an hour outside the doorway on the floor of my room sending WhatsApp messages and trying to call the management. No one answered for at least 45 minutes. Once this was resolved all was okay until one evening there was flood from the bathroom above, showering my bathroom with water for awhile. Again, I tried to call and send messages and finally after nearly an hour they resp onded by Message that someone would come to bring me extra towels. On my last morning the smoke alarm went off and rang for an hour until someone came from another building to turn it off. Many of the other guests made our ways down to the street concerned and not knowing what was going on. All of us had sent messages and no response came until an hour or so, saying the alarm went off because someone had been smoking in their unit. I was packing to check out and losing this hour for the fire alarm was inconvenient and concerning. I would not recommend staying in a place where the management is virtual and slow to respond with inconsistent responses. It did not inspire confidence and in the end I did not feel safe in such a place. I had a seven day stay and asked for some clean towels and that the garbage be emptied and was told i would have to pay 40 euros for an entire housekeeping service for the room.
