Of course, as part of your stay as our guest, you'll have access to shared building amenities. But the fresh mountain air? That always comes free. During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. The cross-country skier will be able to enjoy over 80 miles of trails at Lost Lake during winter. See the local scenery from above with a zipline tour from Ziptrek (home of the longest zipline in Canada and the United States), based just over a half-mile from the condo.

During this entire project, intermittent construction noise and odours from the associated solvents are expected to impact the entire building.
Mechanical work will include: Extensive Concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers)
All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays.
This construction will be most visible from the courtyard-facing units. Rates have been adjusted accordingly on courtyard-facing units to acknowledge any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of this project.
