Outdoor and indoor Pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center all open !

Guests - this is a large resort with numerous amenities; 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, laundry facilities and free parking. One of the 3 pools is temporarily closed due to seawall repair. The other 2 pools are open and totally available to you. So of the 8 amenities, 7 are available to you. In the future, we will also be opening an onsite restaurant and tiki bar. Please note there may be some construction activity during repair of our seawall but this will not impact availability of the amenities listed.

This is a one bedroom direct ocean front condo. A 550 square foot unit with a completely separate living room from the bedroom. The views are spectacular from your front row seat on your private balcony. Many balconies at the resort are pedestrian balconies; people can walk right by your unit. This condo enjoys a completely private balcony.

The Daytona Beach Resort and Convention Center is located directly on the most famous beach in the world. Daytona Beach Resort is a 322-unit resort directly adjacent to the ocean.

The resort location is so convenient as it is directly across the street from a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, restaurants, department stores and other conveniences. Once you arrive, there is little need for a car.

Your suite is a direct oceanfront suite. No partial ocean views here. You have a stunning unobstructed view of the ocean, front and center ! This is a corner suite which ensures a little quieter stay. Many units in the resort have shared balconies where neighbors can walk right through your balcony. Your suite has a totally private balcony, just for you !

Your condo suite has one of the best layouts in the resort. It is a true one bedroom condo with a separate bedroom from the large living area. Lots of seating in the living area along with a 50" flatscreen TV. The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds and another 46" flatscreen TV. We provide 100 channels including 5 Showtime channels. We also just installed a beautiful walk in shower

This resort is directly on the beach in a section that excludes car traffic. You can access the beach directly next to the building.
