Booked through hotel.com, arrived to a property with a completely empty parking lot. Checked in to a room that was visibly filthy, moldy and unbearable stench. Immediately returned to the desk to request a refund. Denied by the manager, referred to the owner who told me to take it up with hotels.com. I left to find another hotel and then reached out to hotels.com, who also denied a refund so no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So disappointing.

Breakfast is very simple and not what I want to eat but there is a great breakfast spot 5ft away! Annies Country Kitchen
