The room was clean. The air conditioning was a little loud. The staff was very nice. I didn’t realize the had breakfast until I was checking out but it smelled really good. We just didn’t plan time to stay and eat.

Overall experince was underwhelming. Starting from the checkin, the host (a guy with long hair) was pretty rude, didn't seem to know the concept of service or hospitality. My room had a weird musty smell, probably from water damage and just 10 minutes into it I could tell that I won't be able to sleep well there. Despite of my unwillingness to interact with the rude host, I went to ask if they have a different room because of bad odor? The guy looked irritated (constantly on his mobile BTW). He assigned me a new room which didnt had smell, but had dirty patches on floor, so was acceptable. The restaurant was closed during the entire 4 days of my stay. Room service was great, the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. But overall, I won't be coming back and won't recommend. Spend $30-$50 extra per day and find a better place. This is not worth it.

The Inn of the Hills is definitely getting old. Our stay was OK and I was upset and disappointed that our room was not cleaned while we were out on Saturday. When I came back the gentleman at the front desk said we were supposed to request this. We were never told this nor was there anything in our room that mentioned this. Housekeeping was gone, and sheets needed to be changed and some new towels, and the trash taken out. I requested when I checked out for some sort of discount due to this; however, the staff, though kind, does not have any authority and sent a message to the manager. I will see if anything is done. I will not stay here again, though.
