Safe hotel. Roosters crowed all night and morning. They did have complimentary ear plugs. Nice pool area. Staff was courteous. Very expensive at the end of the keys- not a lot of affordable options for families.

Due to an issue that the check in agent created, we were not able to check in and had to find alternate accommodation. They told us that needed to use same card to check in and since we had to switch out the card, we weren’t able to stay. We were 8 hotels from home on a Saturday night so we were left with no options but to try to find another hotel. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will never even consider this hotel again.

The stay was very nice. It is located right when you come onto Key West Key. They also offer you a free shuttle to downtown which saves a lot of money. It drops off and picks you up every hour on the hour and half hour . From 9:00- Am to last pick up back to hotel is 10:30pm !!!! The breakfast buffet is pretty good( scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs as well as bacon and turkey sausage. Bagels, toast and English muffins. Waffles too along with oatmeal and yogurt . The only thing that was annoying was that it advertises the pool bar to be open until 8:00pm but the bartender told us it’s 7:00pm. So one drink was all we were able to get. Just check things out at front desk.
