Each apartment is equipped with: induction burners, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (capsules), 2 balconies, 2 TVs (living room and bedroom), independent air conditioning, paddle fans, safe. Each apartment has a reserved car park inside the structure (only for guests of the residence). There is a swimming pool, gazebo and coin-operated laundry room available. La Coccinella Residence is close to the Rimigliano Natural Park, the Baratti-Populonia Archaeological Park, the Venturina Terme Spa and the production areas of great wines, such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia di Bolgheri.
