Room was nice and clean. Lobby area needed some cleaning. Great for closeness to airport and shuttle.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, airport shuttle from airport was good. Did not have the chance to have breakfast as my flight was to early in the morning.

I was very disappointed with the cleaning service during my stay. On the second day, our room had no shower gel. I personally went to the front desk to request it, but it was never refilled. The following morning, around 5:00 AM, I had to go back to the front desk again. The staff member on duty told me he did not have access to housekeeping supplies and handed me a used bottle with only a small amount of shower gel left. This was completely unacceptable and far below the level of service I expected. Overall, this experience negatively impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve guest satisfaction.
