A fabulous hotel!! Everything about it was perfect from the moment we checked in and the young man on Reception grabbed our luggage and carried it up to our room. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated as indeed was the rest of the hotel. The TV also had Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bed was large and comfortable and the walk-in shower was superb. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and the two evening meals we had were generous and tasty. Parking was easy too but the most memorable thing about our stay was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. For example, Zak and Ellie helped make my wife's birthday memorable with a cake and a candle.All in all one of the best hotel experiences in a long time! We look forward to coming back when the weather is not so wet!

Nice area and rooms are nice clean and modern but thats about as good as its gets. Shower is terrible, takes forever to get warm and its a mere trickle. Unfortunately i didnt find the bed and pillows very comfortable but that coukd just be my personal view. The most disappointing is breakfast is not available till 9am which does not work for business trips where you have to leave early but they do leave a tray outside your room which contains a more continental breakfast but its not exactly the hot breakfast we expected at the time we book. I wont return Unfortunately.
