The space:
Welcome to your Westminster cluster – a private set of six rooms on one floor of a centrally located building, ideal for families, friends, or work groups travelling together. You have exclusive use of a shared kitchen, three bathrooms, and a comfy lounge area, so the space feels like your own private apartment within a larger building, with everyone getting their own bedroom while sharing the communal areas.

The bedrooms are a mix of singles and doubles, with both smaller and larger rooms so you can spread out in a way that suits your group. All bedrooms are private to you; the bathrooms, kitchen, and lounge are shared only within your group. We’ve been hosting guests in this building for over a year through other channels and direct bookings, and are newly listed on Vrbo, which is why you may not see many reviews here yet – we’re offering attractive launch pricing while we build up our reviews on this platform.

The location is hard to beat. Westminster Abbey is around a 9‑minute walk, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament are about 10 minutes on foot, and Buckingham Palace is roughly a 14‑minute stroll. From some of the nearby streets, you can glimpse iconic landmarks between the buildings, which really brings home how central you are.

We know every group is different, so we can sometimes be flexible on how many rooms you use within the cluster. If you have particular needs or a different group size in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to chat about options.

Guest access:
We operate a simple self‑serve model to keep this a budget‑friendly option in a premium location. Most guests bring their own travel toiletries, but if you forget something, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Free laundry is available on site (washer and dryer) – just bring your preferred detergent.

Check‑in is via reception Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding bank holidays). If you’re arriving outside these hours, we offer self check‑in and will send you clear instructions closer to your stay. Check‑out is easy self check‑out – simply leave your key in the check‑out box by the entrance/exit, or return it to reception if they’re open.

You’re in the heart of Westminster, with excellent transport links and world‑famous sights on your doorstep:
St James’s Park tube: about 8–9 minutes’ walk
Victoria: around 10–12 minutes
Westminster: around 10–12 minutes
Pimlico: around 10–12 minutes

You’re surrounded by many of London’s most famous landmarks – Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Buckingham Palace are all within easy reach. The Channel 4 building is close by, and the area is well served by buses, shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot and come back to a relaxed, good‑value base that’s reserved just for your group.
