When you book with us we contact Westgate and have the confirmation for your dates changed to your name. We will need your name, address, email and phone number of the person checking in. Westgate will then email you your confirmation to present at the resort. They will request a credit card for damages or to be used on the resort.

Owner has multiple units available if you want to rent more than one.

The resort is centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in a beautiful mountain setting. It’s just minutes away from: Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Hatfield and McCoy dinner and show, plus many more attractions. Inexpensive Trolley to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you prefer not to drive your vehicle. For those that enjoy the water, there is a huge Water Park, lazy river, slides, miniature golf. There are outside heated pools plus a Serenity Spa by Westgate which includes, facials, manicures, and pedicures, body wraps and massage treatments. There is an onsite Restaurant and Market Place Grill along with groceries for your convenience. The resort provides a free shuttle within the 300 acre plus property.

The unit has 2 Living Rooms with Queen sleeper sofas, 2 Fully Equipped Kitchens, 2 Fireplaces, 2 Bedrooms each with King size bed and 2 bathrooms with showers.

The location is gated for extra security. The exact unit location on the property will be finalized upon arrival. We cannot guarantee a specific unit, but a floor plan.
24-hour security, wheelchair accessible, but need to request handicap unit, elevator, free parking.

Pet Friendly: CALL Westgate Smoky Mountains, but other renters have had no problems
Pet Policy: Subject to change-Be sure to Call. You may have 1 cat or dog. Pet MUST not exceed 60 pounds. The pet/cleaning fee is $170.00. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 which is returned if there is no damage to the unit. At check-in guests are required to advise front desk that they have a pet. If the guest does not tell the front desk and the pet is found in the unit they will be charged $190.00 in addition to the $100.00 deposit. There are certain breeds that will not be allowed. Pets must always be on a leash and guest are responsible to clean up after them. Service animals will not be charged and are permitted in all locations.

Resort North to Dollywood Park 7.3 miles Highway 321 to Hwy 449 about 15 minutes
Resort North to Sevierville 12 miles.
