The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast & I appreciate that they also have snacks that can be purchased.

The staff was very welcoming & friendly. It was disappointing to find that the jacuzzi jets in the tub didn't work. Also, after bathing, I was barefoot in the bathroom for a few minutes and when I sat down to put my socks on, the bottom of my feet were dirty. :( That also gave me some concern wondering how well the tub and the rest of the bathroom had been cleaned.
