Room not clean, no toilet paper, bathroom not clean & some lamps did not work - just a state of daytime & corporate mismanagement & neglect! Poor value for the cost and the only bright spot was a very conscientious night time manager with special needs. He cared a lot more than whomever he reports to as well as the cleaning staff if there is an in house cleaning staff still. Would not recommend!!!!

1st room was dirty. It had peanuts under the desk and along the side of the one bed that should have been seen by the person that was supposed to clean the room

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. I was assigned to Room 219, which is in desperate need of renovation. The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling and scraped, and the front door was difficult to close. The heater was so loud that it woke me up every half hour throughout the night, and the TV connectivity was unreliable. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly, and I was incorrectly charged at the front desk for a room I had already pre-paid for via Hotels.com. Between the poor maintenance and the billing issues, I will not be returning.
