No air conditioning and the window can not be open. They provided a fan but doesn't help that much. I think hotel its to expensive for the service they provide. Restaurant is closed. But the service is ok.

I think the lady Milleare or something like that was great. She helped get a crib for my baby at 12:30 AM even though it was so late.

The parking lot was unploughed, with two-foot snow drifts. There was NO hot water, therefore the jacuzzi was a ‘cold tub’*. No smoke alarm in the room and we were advised which electrical outlets we shouldn’t use as they were unsafe. The staff were nice, but the office closed at 5pm. Although I appreciate the kettle they gave us to heat the tub, it was ineffective. *My partner noted that the hot tub would be perfect for polar bears or those training to be navy seals.
