Room was hot and had a mildew and muggy odor when first entering. Noticed security lock was damaged and hanging off the door, Room trim was falling off, phone didn’t work didn’t have shower curtain. Went to front office and no one ever came to the front.

Room and beds were comfortable. Coffee was good as well as the microwave and frig. The shower down spout was struck 1/2 shower 1/2 water waste. I told the manager but he didn’t care. He said motel booked for 7 months. Made no sense.

This is a nice motel, however they forget to do preventive maintenance. I checked in and the tub drain was clogged. They moved me quickly and again the bathroom light dimmer like last time. They refuse to replace the ballast or replace the long Florence light. The AC worked fine and the coffee maker did too. I can’t shave in the morning with little light.
