The parking garage was dark and there was a pipe suspended about 4 feet from the wall which was impossible to see visually or on backup cameras/signals. It shattered my car rear window. No one warned about it when we checked in. When brought to attention to a staff member, he was unphased and mentioned that this has happened before, and proceeded to still charge me for parking.

Front desk staff were exceptional. The daily brunch was absolutely amazing, a HUGE variety of delicious food and made to order items. Perfect location!
