the property is on remodeling, so most of hotel area is blocked. all area of the room are outdated. a/c has noisy, carpet is old and smell bad. but staff is great.

I felt like I was inconvenienced because they gave me a room than when I called and said it’s the wrong itinerary they said sorry we don’t have any other rooms available. We decorated the room than said we had to change rooms because they made a mistake.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, we liked our room. Just wish they had let us know somehow that their pool was down… we booked the room as a birthday surprise for a kiddo that loves to swim. The hotel next door let us use theirs but it was ice cold. So the swim plan failed
