Good buffet breakfast and pleased to see that eggs were back on the menu. Rooms clean and air on worked Staff helpful and friendly.

Check in took forever. Outside steps to the room had wet moss on them and felt slippery and unsafe in places. Internet captive page had unmatching security certificate (both Nord VPN and Bitdefender issued threat warnings. I was only able to log in and get internet with a French mobile phone number which I do not have. The telephone in the room did not work. The insider anti-draft door did not close properly. The room were noisy - I could hear the conversations nextdoor. No acknowledgement from morning receptionist of these issues. Much better value hotels in better locations. Shower door did not close properly and left a gap causing much wetness in the bathroom. Knackered place.

We had picked the hotel as it listed a restaurant and bar and we had a long drive before arrival. On arrival we were told that the restaurant didn’t open at weekends which was a disappointment. The staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable however there was a smell of tobacco smoke that was noticable.
