Amazing location right in the heart of Nottingham but set back so you don't realise it. Both members of staff we met were really friendly and welcoming. We had a very clean clean family room with ensuite which was very comfortable - it overlooked the courtyard which could cause noise issues if got busy. In the bigger rooms, you are separated from the access to communal areas. Although a flask is provided in the porchway for hot water (along with teabags and coffee etc) the water wasn't particularly hot and you have to ring a door bell for another building to access the kitchen facilities and courtyard.

Excellent location. The private double room was exactly as pictured which was great. The only drawback was that the wifi in the secondary building where I was staying wasn’t working at the moment but in all fairness the router probably just needed resetting and I didn’t ask for that (just used the wifi in the main building which was great). Would definitely stay here again.
