There was no towel service, the fan was dirty on the edges

False advertising, dirty showers, mold in bedroom around the bathroom and underneath the sink, door locks that do not work. We were locked out of our room for two hours.

Room was perfect, for my little family and I. We stayed in the cottage room so the kitchen was perfect and had cups and plates as well which was wonderful. Towels and room service was just a little rough we didn’t get it after requesting, just wanted room service to get fresh new towels and a little touch up on the room that we didn’t get but I understand it may get busy or short staff. But overall wonderful stay not our first time staying here and not our last either thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!
