We found it somewhat disconcerting to be in a room without a window. We were also disappointed that the hotel did not have luggage storage. That forced us to spend the day sitting at the airport until we could check in.

Good hotel if you want to be close to the terminal but expensive for standard of room and options locally for dining are limited

What a terrible hotel. They charge a luxury price and have nothing to show for that. NO AMENITIES! Nothing except lounge un- attended and without anything to offer. Do not stay here when there are so many better locations that are still convenient for Heathrow travel.
