The accommodation is a highlight—the rooms feel authentically period with high ceilings and traditional features, yet they have been thoughtfully updated with a modern finish. The beds are exceptionally comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the large showers add a touch of luxury that you don't always find in pub-based guest rooms. ​At its price point, the pub offers really good value for money, especially considering the quality of the decor and the convenience of having a great dining room and bar just downstairs. It’s a welcoming, high-quality spot that I would definitely stay at again. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff very friendly, especially Shalom. Blind in bedroom (Bronx) didn't close. Bed comfy Coffee machine appreciated.

Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything..
