To begin with, I never received a email 24 to 48 hours prior to arriving like an email stated when to booked. I did received a email but it had NO instructions. I had to rent space to keep our luggage until all was finally resolved. Communication with facility was poor and apparently only available for short periods of the day. There was some type of water leak in the closet above the toilet. I wasn't able to determine how all the toilet paper got wet but I did text the facility (their phone number wasn't in service)and didn't get any dry toilet paper until sometime the next day. However, I had to go shopping to buy dry toilet paper in ordered to meet our needs. The person I spoke with on the phone twice ( they did answer the phone twice before I received massages that number wasn't in service) wasn't very pleasant. There's absolutely no way I would ever stay there again.

Each time I got into my room, I had to go through 4 coded doors! It’s in a good and convenient location but it is hard to find it in the beginning and there’s no lift so you have to drag your luggage to 3 floor.

The location is very convenient and close to the train station, which made getting around easy. However, the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night, so it may not be ideal for walking around after dark. There is no elevator, so if you have large or multiple suitcases, be prepared to carry them up two flights of stairs to reach the room. The bathroom is also quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, to reach the room you need to enter 4–5 different door codes, and it took us at least five minutes each time just to get through all the doors. This made coming and going a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but keep these points in mind when booking.
