Very practical accommodation during high season and fringe festivals. To meet my low budget.

5.min walk from both tram and Murrayfield . Basic,but clean. Reasonably priced. Perfect for a solo guy going to AC/ DC gig.Wouldn't use for a romantic weekend though.

Good location close to Murrayfield and tram links to city centre. Mattress very uncomfortable, but then it is student accommodation repurposed during the summer for the Fringe.
