This apartment is in the world famous Carillon Hotel. The apartment has a magnificent view of the ocean and beach.

This is a large one bedroom, one bath unit with a south ocean/beach view and is on the 6th floor. Amenities include 2 4K TVs, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and parking.

The property has three pools, restaurants, beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas and access to the world famous Carillon Spa.

Access to the spa, gym, and fitness classes requires registration and payment of resort fees to The Carillon Hotel. The resort fees are $139.86 for the first adult and $79.86 for each additional adult per day. The registration form must be submitted four days in advance of arrival.

We loved the condo. It was just like the picture. Very clean, furnished nicely, and extremely comfortable. The host gave us all of the necessary information we needed. We would definitely come back. Thanks for being such a great host Henry!!! Great view of the ocean.

My 4th time at this property and 2nd time in this unit. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the view. Property is beautiful in a quieter area with conveniences like Publix across the street.
