Pets are by request only and limited to designated room types. ID from outside of the Lower Mainland area is required or proof of onward travel (Transport ticket leaving Vancouver). Guests are required to show a photo ID and valid credit card upon check-in. We do not allow credit card authorizations which allow another person (not present) to pay for the reservation. All bookings over 7+ nights will become nonrefundable and charged in full at the time of booking. Reservations with 8 or more people will be flagged as a group booking and different policies will apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian present. Failure to arrive on the day of check in, will result in the booking being cancelled as a no show with cancellation fees applying.
