Great amenities great friendly staff. Room was a bit dated

Fantastic hotel, close to the beach. Staff were so very helpful, professional and efficient. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be returning in the future.

The Alexandra Plaza was a generally nice hotel. The room was small, and the bathroom could have been updated. Overall very clean and the gorgeous view made up for its shortcomings. The pool area is tiny, but in the evening did have some nice garden side entertainment. This hotel is adjacent to a beach, which you need to pay for, nice beach but completely overcrowded. The restaurant on this property was terrible. We ordered room service and the best I can say is that it was gross. We ate dinner at their fine dining restaurant and it was a combination of buffet and formal sit down, which was a very odd combination. The service at the restaurant was as bad as it's pasta, which was very disappointing considering that its Italy and you have high expectations for the food. Generally, I would not return to the Alexandra Plaza. Bad food and mediocre service. Nothing special except the view.
