Old needs to be rehab.

This property is dirty. All blankets had cigarette burns in them. The tub and toilet was flooded with water. Also they had a bucket in the hallway cause the ceiling was leaking water. Very unsafe!

Building was in poor condition and had a bad smell. Sliding door did not lock.
