Four small issues: 1. The valet attendant was often not at the station, so dropping off/getting our car took a little longer. Four small issues: 1. The baggage lift from the ground floor/driveway to the lobby floor was not working, making it more difficult to unload luggage from the car. 3. The room's closet clothes rod telescoped and had a small diameter, which seemed likely to bend if clothing was hung on it. 4. When checking in, there is a 2. The unused portion is supposed to be returned after checkout, but the desk clerk did not know how long it would take for this deposit to be returned. We checked out on May 12; today is May 17, and our deposit has not been returned yet. Coincidentally, we stayed at a Hampton Inn, another Hilton brand, later during our trip, and the incidental charge was only $15/day, and it was refunded to our credit card within minutes of checking out Though fully disclosed, and even though we live in Chicagoland, we were surprised that parking was over $50 ($49 plus tax and something else) per night.

Everything was amazing. The valets were super respectful and friendly. The hotel clerks were very nice and friendly; Kimberly is amazing! Anything i had questions about, she found me answers. The breakfast attendant is a lot of fun and very friendly also. Breakfast was good, typical of continental breakfasts; I have had worse. As a previous assistant manager for a hotel, I can say in confidence that if the need arises for me to be in the Minneapolis area again I will definitely be back! I can also say, if any of the wonderful employees I interacted with came to me looking for employment I would hire them!
