This hotel is full of water bugs and roaches! As you walk in you can smell the mildew and the smell of the bugs! The elevator is horrible it works when ready. The staff didn’t have clean towels. Lizards was in our room look like old blood in the carpet and curtain in the room the mattress cover was stained badly and the comforter for the bed was torn so bad and they still had it on the bed. The ac in the room had a mildew smell the room had an odor. I do not recommend this place at all 0/10 I will not be staying here again.

Have stayed at this location before but it has taken a turn for the worse since last stay. Will never come back to this location. Q. Had to wait for the desk person to finish her personal call to check in. No apologies just I need a card for your essentials. When stated they have on on file….no we don’t was stated back to me. 2. Door would not unlock….was told the battery has died and they would have to o-en it each time we went in and out by using a handheld device for the front desk. They said they had to wait till maintaince came to work. 3. Carpet wet infront of the bathroom with a damp and wet floor in the room. Stated it was the humidity. 4. Second desk person had an attitude when asked to open our door after dinner. 5. Bathroom door would not close but door was warped out of straightness. 6. Got up to what I thought was going to be breakfast but they only had cold cereal…no milk..waffles … no syrup…juice that was hot…no ice.

The room was spacious and clean, only complaint was all of the lights did not work. The light in the entry way did not come on making it hard to use the full length mirror in that area. In the bathroom only one light fully worked, the one above the tub kept flashing on and off, flickering. Outside of that I would recommend.
