The place is obviously a place where there is prostitution and drugs. Room was dirty. Put my luggage down and decided to book another hotel. And I am not a picky person. Traveled around the world. I expected just a clean room and a semi safe area. Desk was very unpleasant.

The Chelsea hotel was drug-infested, filthy, and crawling with shady individuals. The place felt unsafe from the moment we arrived-dirty rooms, horrible smells, and sketchy people roaming the halls. We couldn’t get out fast enough. Stay away. This place should be shut. I wish we could have gotten a full refund. But we got stuck.

This place is worse than a by the hour hotel. No a/c. No shower head. Busted heater. The front desk lady smokes inside. Make sure you don’t leave anything inside your car. The parking lot is a hangout for street people. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else or get a campsite
