I have no grapes with the quality of this hotel in terms of the staff rooms or cleanliness. They get high marks and all of those departments however it is a bit of a drive to the theme parks. You stay here so just be aware that you have to do some extra driving to visit them but the trade-off isn’t very good value in terms of price otherwise!

My first stay 2 weeks ago went well. It was a no frills room, but it was comfortable and does feel safe. I went back today to check in, same nice lady at the front desk. Upon checking into the room we checked drawers and the bed (which we do at hotels). They’re were a couple ants and a spider under the sheets, and a roach crawled up the wall. This time we decided to ask for a refund and not stay. I guess it depends on your room, but i travel with a toddler and didn’t want to take any chances. The water park is small, but convenient and clean.
