The floor left my socks filthy. There was no shower curtain on the shower rod. A set of pots, pans, and utensils could be purchased as a bundle instead of being included in the cost to borrow. Only 1 bedside lamp worked. The TV had to be replaced - the first TV couldn't turn on. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our maintenance man was very kind and also apologetic for the room's condition.

I cannot believe how awful this hotel is. There is NOTHING in the room except a quarter-size bar of soap , a teaspoon-size shampoo, and toilet paper. No tissues, no spoons, cups etc. No coffee maker… NOTHING. We needed extra pillows and they told us they didn’t have anymore. Suppose we had a child using the sofa bed? No pillows for them?? One of the lamps didn’t work. The other lights were so dim that the whole room looked dingy. Guests were screaming and swearing at each other in the lobby, and the staff did nothing. We had black mold in the tub. Just outrageous. I went to the lobby and showed them pictures of the filth and Stephanie said she would send someone to the room to “freshen it up,” but no one ever came. The kitchen cabinets were filthy, there were drawings on them, and one of the cabinets had a dead spider in it. No toaster, plates. Pots, NOTHING. There were two washcloths and two small bath towels… no face towels, and no one comes to the room to bring new ones. No one comes to empty the garbage or make the bed. The president of the company should be ashamed.
