Had a pipe break, but the service man Tito was AMAZING. He got us switched into a new cottage. 10/10 would recommend and I think hotels.com should add all the encore lodging across the country to the platform!

The staff was friendly. The property was clean and maintained. We could pull our car right up to the cabin and didn't have to walk in the dark. We even had a park light with out door furniture.
