everything was so next level we were sad to have to leave.

The check-in process was great and very simple. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment whilst we were there, which was a shame as we has heard that it was good and had wanted to eat there. We also had an issue the morning of our departure, the code we had received didn't let us back in to our room after we came back from breakfast, with all our clothes and luggage trapped! It took a while to get a hold of someone on the phone to reset it, delaying our departure and causing much frustration. The quality of the room and the location made up for these minor problems, but it was a shame to have any problems slightly upset our stay.

We are from Nashville but wanted a special night out for a birthday. This is a winderful find! A great quiet hideaway :)
