Very inconsistent. The hotel and room looked nice and were kept clean, although housekeeping didn’t come to our room and we didn’t know that would be the case ahead of time. Parking was super easy and convenient. Customer service was either really good or really bad depending on who was at the desk.

This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor.
