Bed very uncomfortable, pillows too soft, bathroom excellent, lack of staff, tea coffee limited had to ask for milk (bought our own)no spoons, bar not open. Altogether disappointing . Although it was very clean I would not be able to stay again.

The room was beautifully and classily decorated and first impressions were brilliant - we have Room 4, which had brilliant sea views. Sadly though, a few things are overlooked which let it and us down: There was no milk provided for tea/coffee. Also, whilst there is a shower gel dispenser in the cubicle - it was empty! The room was serviced after our first night, so and milk and shower gel clearly are no longer supplied otherwise they would have been 'replenished'. There was a couple of ml in the dispenser over the basin though. I had to ask for reception for the TV remote (I'd have asked for milk and shower gel too at this point if I'd have realised!), the TV stuttered terribly, so they had a 'tech guy' come and take a look when were out - we still could only really watch BBC1. The toilet needs a bit of fiddling with as the cistern is in noisy continual water fill mode. These things seem like pretty easy things to get sorted and it would then make this hotel pretty perfect.

Fair hotel for the price clean bed was comfy. Staff were available when we checked in it then doarve we rang the bell on the desk couple of times no one responded. Although tea and coffee making facilities a small jug would be helpful as kettle doesn't fit under the basin tap.
