We arrived at the hotel early so left our case with the staff as we were going to our daughter’s birthday party. Arrived back at the hotel at about 9.30p.m to be taken to our room. I was shocked it was the smallest room and as I’d paid £232 plus £50 deposit for the largest room. When we went down to breakfast the next morning I spoke to a lady there and she said that the rooms had got mixed up. Then we were informed that the kitchen was closed for breakfast as they were waiting for an engineer!!

Room was clean and facilities good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was cooked. I would have preferred some continental breakfast options ie cereal etc. We booked the hotel because of the parking and it was available. Only issue being the car park is not clearly signed and we drove past it on a very busy road which made our arrival rather stressful. Better signage would be helpful.
