Staff wasn’t very friendly the main guy that I kept seeing was always on his cell phone or outside smoking… The breakfast was disappointing a bagged breakfast with yogurt, bagel and a muffin there was a breakfast room but all you could do was go in there to get coffee. The room was ok, nothing glamorous. Honestly It was a cheap place to stay over night in a ok neighborhood. 2.5 stars

My sister and I booked this hotel based on the photos and description online, which showed a clean, well‑maintained property. Unfortunately, what we encountered upon arrival did not match what was advertised. The property did not look like the photos shown online. On our floor, multiple guest room doors—including the one assigned to us—had visible damage around the locks and door frames, with splintered and gouged wood near the latch areas. This immediately raised safety concerns. As two women traveling alone, we did not feel safe staying at the property. Because of these conditions, we left immediately and did not check in or use the room. We requested a refund, but the hotel refused despite the fact that we never stayed. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly encourage travelers—especially women traveling alone—to carefully consider other options.

NO soap or other room amenities besides do it yourself coffee. No do not disturb sign in my room. Some had them but had no water! Vending machines broken so you got the breakfast bag of bagel, cream cheese, horrible muffin, sweetened yogurt, and a banana. I was starving so ate the banana and bagel. They sold me two bags of chips. Toilet seat clean but chipped and scratched. Window bench cushion appeared to have paint on it. Bed hard as a rock.
