What a lovely place, nice clean rooms and the staff are very friendly

The room was clean and tidy but the telly did not work on live channels even after we asked for help. One night there was a lot of noise until 12 45 am. We were told when we arrived there would be a disco to midnight but the staff were noisy after that. Bed and pillows a bit hard.

Facilities were lovely, although room was a bit noisy. Plus shower flooded really badly because I guess the drain needs to be unblocked. But that was the good bit. I was charged for everyone on my booking before we arrived despite selecting pay at property. When I asked for this to be corrected I got excuses and lies. The staff were extremely unhelpful. I was promised invoiced but then they didn't given them to any of my colleagues. One male colleague was particularly unhelpful and then took more than 30 mins to bring breakfast when the restaurant was almost empty.
