The air conditioner worked, but the halls was very warm. The furniture & room was very outdated. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bedroom was clean. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The hair dryer had been removed from the wall. The hallway by the front desk reeked of weed.

Lock on door didnt work, no coffee maker, breakfast was ? No beagles, juice machine down, cerial and bread was all i seen. While we were getting up some one knocked on door, a black man with dread locks and reg clothes "didnt look like an employee " asked if we were leaving ??????and no elevator! Who puts 80 year old people on 3rd floor with no elevator ????
