Great location. Room was fine. Evening entertainment was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Good to have on site parking and pet friendly.

The hotel is very tired and in need of an update. The 'sea view' room was very basic and tired and the sea view was obscured as the glass in the window had condensation inside the double glazing. The reception staff where excellent and efficient. The hotel served a purpose as we were attending a party in Folkestone but in the future I would look elsewhere for alternative accomodation.
