This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute.

I think the “hotel and spa” is more than misleading. There is no spa on premise. It’s more like an old bed and breakfast. Room was not ready when promised and we were the only two guests both nights. Friendly staff and decent breakfast otherwise not so good.

This was a charming property on the Chautauqua Institute grounds. It was extremely convenient and the staff went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and well cared for.
